A lucky lottery player from Cotati, California is celebrating a life-changing windfall after winning the $30 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot on Wednesday, according to the California Lottery.
The winning ticket was sold at My Goods Market, located at 8510 Gravenstein Highway. Cotati, a small city in North Bay, sits just south of Rohnert Park.
The lucky numbers that secured the massive prize were 3, 13, 17, 23, and 35, with the Mega number 24 completing the jackpot-winning combination.
Meanwhile, three other players came close, matching the five main numbers but missing the Mega number. Each of them won a respectable $11,609 prize.
One of those winning tickets was purchased at Fast Mart in Rohnert Park at 7285 Snyder Lane, while the other two were bought in El Centro and Sacramento.
Lottery officials encourage all players to check their tickets and claim their winnings.
