A lucky Powerball player in metro Phoenix is celebrating a massive $2 million win from Monday’s drawing, according to the Arizona Lottery.
The winning ticket, which matched the first five numbers and included Power Play, was purchased at Circle K on 6744 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale.
Another fortunate player scored $100,000 in the same Powerball drawing. That ticket was sold at Clark’s Market Sedona, located at 100 Verde Valley School Road.
Arizona lottery players have been on a winning streak this year. A Mega Millions ticket worth a staggering $112 million was sold at Winners Corner in Tempe. Additionally, a The Pick ticket worth $2 million was purchased at a Safeway in Tucson, while another $200,000 The Pick jackpot-winning ticket was sold at a Safeway on 7110 N. Oracle Road in Tucson.
With such big wins rolling in, Arizona is proving to be a hotspot for lottery luck in 2025.
