- Nuevos Tiempos is a Pick 2 game in Costa Rica, meaning that you only need to match two numbers to win the maximum prize. Reversing the order or matching the position of at least one also results in prizes.
- The player decides how much to bet up to CRC 50,000, and the prizes are paid accordingly.
- There are no limits as to how many bets players can place per drawing.
- Winners have only up to 60 days to claim their prizes, and there is a total tax of 10% applied to their winnings.
