Jackpot.com is a betting lottery site where players from all around the world pay for their guess, hoping to conquer a jackpot, and it caught my attention. Available since 2016 and already collecting the stories of verified and legit winners, I decided it was time to write a Jackpot.com review based on my own experience. Of course, I also took into account the feedback of existing users who were satisfied or disappointed with it.
My impressions and the entire experiment represent a real first use of the Jackpot.com website, but with my know-how of lottery agents and betting sites. Keep the pre-established ideas about it away for a few minutes, and let me try it for safety, trustworthiness, and quality for you.
Quick Overview About Jackpot.com
Being around since 2016, Jackpot.com is a considerably new betting site specialized in lotteries but diversified in gambling like other betting sites. It is important to differentiate its four versions, knowing that I’ll be testing and reviewing the worldwide Jackpot.com website:
- UK Jackpot – uk.jackpot.com
- Ireland – jackpot.ie
- Sweden – se.jackpot.com
- Worldwide – jackpot.com
They are separated as they are governed and regulated by different licensors. Except for the UK version, they are all equal. If you are a Euromillions player, you should know that Jackpot UK allows you to purchase real tickets rather than bet on that specific game. If you try to access the worldwide version from the US, they let you leave an email to inform you when it is available.
My first impression was positive, although the layout looks a bit too simple. It looks better on mobile, where it adjusts to the screen perfectly. I could navigate between lotteries and casino games easily and elected the mobile browser version my favorite. Unfortunately, there is no mobile app available.
It has a bit more lottery games than LottoAgent, for example, and has an offer similar to that of Multilotto, which is also a betting site. As a plus, it has almost 30 different scratchcards, some table games like roulette and blackjack, and fun slots by reputable providers like Play’n Go. It is quite broad in gambling options, and I’ll give Jackpot.com that.
As always, pay attention to my considerations on the payments, their benefits to users compared to the other betting sites, and, of course, the pricing.

Jackpot.com Restricted Countries
According to my verification, Jackpot.com has a transparent approach as to the countries it restricts from registering on the website. The list is quite broad and includes countries that forbid gambling or where its gambling license does not act:
- American Samoa
- Czech Republic
- French Guiana
- French Polynesia
- French Southern Territories
- Hong Kong
- Korea Democratic People Republic
- New Caledonia
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palestinian Territory
- Puerto Rico
- South Sudan
- Syrian Arab Republic
- United States
- United States Minor Outlying Islands
- Virgin Islands U.S.
Players located in those countries will not be able to register on Jackpot.com. If you try to access it while there, you will get a similar message restricting you from using the website:
I was fortunate enough to be in a country where I am able to gamble online. If you are also not included in any of the aforementioned countries, feel free to try Jackpot.com or its related websites:

I collected and chose the reviews that truly transmit the honest experience of players from all around the globe. In addition to those, take a moment to absorb my own view of Jackpot.com in this review. Also, if you decide to give it a chance, make sure to send me your feedback as well!
Jackpot.com - General Information
Jackpot.com has been offering lottery bets since 2016, allowing people from across the globe to have a true chance of becoming millionaires without the actual tickets. Although I consider it a pretty recent website, I already reviewed Lotto247, another new lottery site, and I do believe it already has what it takes to be evaluated.
Who Owns Jackpot.com?
Jackpot.com belongs to Lottomatrix Operations Limited, a company that is both registered and licensed in Malta, where it has one of its four licenses. Its most relevant license for players worldwide and connected with the general website can be checked via the reference number MGA/B2C/362/2016.
How Does Jackpot.com Make Money?
As a lottery betting site, Jackpot.com does not have the cost of purchasing real lottery tickets. Therefore, all the money spent on scratchcards, lotteries, and casino games goes for the company. That revenue minus the insurance it has to pay for the bets that win the jackpot, its operational costs, and the smaller prizes is the money it makes in terms of profit.
Our Rank for Jackpot.com
Jackpot.com made it to our fourth place, behind theLotter, an agency website with 60+ games, and two betting sites, Multilotto and LottoAgent, both with better conditions. My experience betting on Powerball through Jackpot.com was responsible for defining its place among our most recommended lottery sites. That is still a pretty good spot that it would not have received without providing a proper user experience.
The main reason it did not make it past its main competitors like Multilotto is its pricing, which could be better considering the other websites have better offers and the limits applied to winnings. Since price is not everything for all players looking for a jackpot chance, it is still the choice of some of our readers.
How Does Jackpot.com Work?
- I could find the main lotteries by hovering over the menu, but it is possible to get all the 35+ lotteries on a single page and filter them according to the jackpot or the next drawing.
- Despite the fact that every game has two quick picks as a standard, you can purchase a single line. It is also possible to add more than one game to the cart. Jackpot.com will most possibly suggest that you add its JackpotLotto ticket to your purchase as well.
- The “Pay Now” button redirects to the main payment methods available in your area. Jackpot.com definitely has lots of payment methods and even allows a quick checkout with Paypal. You can also opt to get a subscription to 12 drawings with a 30% discount.
- The advantage of paying directly instead of making a deposit first is to use your local currency. It supports up to dozens of currencies or just a few, depending on the payment method you choose. In my case, Paypal sounded good enough, and that was a small price to have a shot at Powerball and build this Jackpot.com review.
- Upon the confirmation, my entries appeared under “Check My Numbers”, or by selecting “Entries” on My Account. I was not lucky at that time, but the Powerball jackpot was €114 million.

How to Register on Jackpot.com
- The link above goes to the official Jackpot.com page. There, it did not take much to find the “Register” button on a very simple menu:
- The form that has to be filled next collects some personal data like your name, address, and phone. Keep in mind that you cannot opt for a currency other than the one reserved by Jackpot.com. Registering from Canada, my currency was kept as euros.
- The account is all set with those two steps, and you can already deposit from €10 to start playing the lotteries, scratchcards, or casino games.
Review of the Games
Jackpot.com has an offer of games that is similar to that of Multilotto, another betting website. The main difference is that it keeps yearly drawings like Christmas Lottery available throughout the year, and it also has some games of its own, like JackpotLotto. In short, it has a decent availability of lotteries for a betting site and even counts with scratchcards and casinos to expand its variety.
Jackpot.com allows gambling on a single line, with no minimum established. Although it has the best and most popular worldwide lotteries, it applies some limitations and fees to the prizes of US lotteries. That information is not clear on the website, and I had to dig into the terms to find what most websites fail to tell you:
That justification does not seem reasonable, and it is not helped by the fact that prizes for those games can also be divided into 30 annuities at their sole discretion:
Offered in the shopping cart whenever purchasing a lottery ticket, it is a drawing held by Jackpot.com with ticket prices at only €0.50. Its prizes can go up to hundreds of thousands of euros, but there is the downside of not being able to rely on drawings placed by reliable authorities.
Advertised as Canada 649, Lotto 6/49 has a 10% subscription discount for a month of drawings. This game basically requires the choice of 6 numbers, nothing else, and it is quite easy to accompany through our Lotto 6/49 results. It makes people millionaires across the globe, and Jackpot.com allows people to bet on it without having to travel to Canada to claim prizes.
My game of choice to test Jackpot.com had considerably high prices compared to other betting sites. Also, as already stated, games from the MUSL (Multi-State Lottery Association) in the United States have less than optimal terms due to fees and annuity obligations. For that reason, I do not recommend playing Powerball, Mega Millions, Cash4Life, and similar games if you want to claim lump-sum jackpots.
Jackpot.com Tickets Pricing Comparison
Jackpot.com does not have the best pricing among the betting lottery sites, but it is still affordable if compared to lottery agents. The mark-up percentage is similar in all the lottery games, which is a reason to avoid the US lotteries because of the fees and limits imposed. Had I played Euromillions, I would be paying slightly more than on Multilotto, which is the website that is the closest to Jackpot.com in terms of features.
Depending on the game and the current promotions on Jackpot.com, you might get discounts from 10% to 30%. Therefore, the decision on playing or not has to include all the perks that might impact the pricing, and not only the price is shown on the play page. Check out the comparison table I elaborated below:
|Price of a Euromillions ticket||Percentage of Original Price|
|Original Price||€2.50 / $2.91||100%|
|Jackpot.com||€4.00 / $4.60||159%|
Just for the sake of information, take a look at the price reserved for a MUSL game, specifically Mega Millions. Aside from paying more than on some of the reviewed lottery betting sites, the terms that I personally investigated would have made it a much less tempting choice.
|Price of a Mega Millions ticket||Percentage of Original Price|
Jackpot.com’s pricing for all the games is better than the one found on WinTrillions, which is one of the reasons why it has better placement in our ranking. Its Mega Millions tickets are also a bit cheaper than on LottoAgent, but it is still not the betting site with the smallest cost.
Bonuses and Promotions - Best Jackpot.com Deals
- Temporary offers – Like the print which I inserted below, you might get deals on your account that offer more bets for much better pricing.
- Subscriptions discounts – Discounts ranging from 10% to 30% are added to monthly subscriptions, which is an interesting deal in terms of the total price for regular bettors.
- Newsletter offers – Those who allow contact via the “Notifications” section receive offers on a weekly basis.
Deposit and Withdrawal Options
One of the highlights of Jackpot.com is the number of payment methods for any country in the world. All the deposits and withdrawals are free from commissions – except for the MUSL lotteries – and are taken into effect immediately. Also, it is possible to withdraw from €5 to €1,000 for small prizes, while jackpots are paid out in full.
All those rules apply to the following methods, considering that only some of them will be available in your country:
- Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard
- Neteller and Skrill
- Fast Bank Transfer
- Net Banking
From all those methods, the availability for withdrawal reduces to only a few, namely Visa/Mastercard, Skrill/Neteller, Fast Bank Transfer, MuchBetter, and Web Money. It is a decent offer, considering other lottery betting sites.
All the payments are carried out within 1-3 days. Larger prizes, on the other hand, will always take more time. In short, Jackpot.com presents very reasonable conditions. If it were not for the restrictions imposed on lotteries from the United States, the most popular ones, it would have conquered a better score in my evaluation.
How to Withdraw Money from Jackpot.com?
I withdrew the rest of the money I deposited and received it within 3 days, enough time for them to check my documents. I strongly advise you to check all their instructions to avoid having to send them again. All I had to do was to type the amount I wanted to withdraw and use the same method used for depositing.
Legit Jackpot.com Winners
Maria Dolores, Malta – Maria Dolores was a player from Malta who won the biggest prize of her life, €97,000, playing Euromillions with a subscription. Aside from the video on YouTube, Jackpot.com also posted her winning story on its blog. She only kept the subscription for six months, winning more than 1,600x her total investment.
Is Jackpot.com Legit or a Scam?
Jackpot.com is licensed in four different jurisdictions and has been keeping up with its reputation by maintaining them without disputes or other issues. In other words, taking from the experience of the users, the scam claims without justification on the web are probably false or related to a bad use of the website. Its most important license, which applies worldwide, is the one issued by MGA:
In general, players who seek legal lottery websites tend to prefer MGA licenses rather than those issued in Curaçao, as the latter is much easier to obtain. In combination with what we have checked so far in terms of legit winners, users feedback, and my own experience. Jackpot.com can be considered a trustworthy website.
Its rating on TrustPilot is considered Good, with a classification lower than other betting lottery websites I have reviewed. On the other hand, the comments were too random and not as detailed as the well-scored feedback. Either the complaints had no useful information or were about the support, which I tested and found to be quite good. Therefore, it can be considered a legit option.
And is Jackpot.com Safe?
Where Does the Prize Money Come From When I Win with Jackpot.com?
Jackpot.com holds insurance that covers the jackpot prizes that it must pay when a player’s bet matches the winning numbers. That is the same model applied by all the other betting sites I used and reviewed. Small prizes, on the other hand, can simply come from Jackpot.com’s revenue.
Their customer support contacts the winners, who are instructed on how to proceed with the withdrawal. It was not my case, and that is fine, considering the odds of the game I played.
Jackpot.com Mobile App Review
The Jackpot.com browser website is the only version available at the moment, and the brand does not seem to be developing a mobile app. Still, there is usually little difference between the browser version and an existing app. I still found a very simple but clean layout when using it on my phones, and it was easy to find what I looked out for:
Purchases and payments also work well on the phone, and we can always create a shortcut that will work like an app opening the specific Jackpot.com page.
Jackpot.com has quite varied customer support, even though the access to the chat is less obvious than in most websites. Its strong presence in social media counts a lot in terms of reputation, and I could test some of their channels. On the “Contact Us” page, you can find:
- Live chat – Available between 11:00 CET and 23:00 CET.
- Email – firstname.lastname@example.org
- Telephone – +441515414507 between 11:00 CET and 22:00 CET.
- Facebook Messenger
My experience with their live chat within the promised timeframe was no less than satisfactory. I tried it three times and still got an answer within seconds. Definitely, nothing bad like some customer reviews on the internet indicates.
After the live chat period, I messaged them once more, this time via email. It is not necessary to fill up a form or anything else, as chat messages are sent via email naturally. I got an answer 10 hours later, which is less than half the promised timeframe of 24 hours. Therefore, Jackpot.com does offer great support.
Syndicate Option at Jackpot.com
Syndicates and bundles are not part of the offers on Jackpot.com. That means I could not purchase several lines for a small prize by splitting with other players or get a discount for betting in different games. The discounts can only be found among your personal offers or be acquired through a subscription.
The Worst Parts of Jackpot.com
Some of them can be considered particularly troublesome, but only for specific games, as in the case of the MUSL games like Powerball and Mega Millions. When playing those games, you will have a fee deducted as if you were paying for the federal and state US taxes, which does not make much sense for online betting. They can also pay in annuities, and you would have no say on that.
As for the other games, those rules do not apply, and the major setback is the pricing, which is still higher than most betting sites. Through monthly subscriptions, regular players can virtually cancel that difference, as discounts can go as high as 30%.
Finally, but not less important, I found that Jackpot.com has several restricted countries on its list. Although that might be a disadvantage for many players, that is an indication that it does follow the regulations and demands of a betting site. Since all the worst parts have fair contraposition, it is worth registering to bet.
My Recommendation - To Play or Not on Jackpot.com
- It has the main lotteries and two original games with low prices.
- Excellent support.
- Supports many types of payment methods.
- Licensed in four jurisdictions and protected by an SSL certificate.
- Discounts on subscriptions and temporary offers.
The Alternatives of Jackpot.com
- TheLotter – works differently from Jackpot.com, as lottery agents like theLotter let you purchase real tickets. You claim the jackpot prizes yourself in person, but smaller prizes are always sent straight to you.
- Multilotto – is another betting site with a similar offer of lottery games, as well as scratchcards. It has a decent number of payment methods and better pricing worldwide.
- LottoAgent – is a blend of lottery betting and an agent, meaning that you can play both ways. As a plus, it offers syndicates and bundles to its players, and you might get interested in it by checking the review.
How I Reviewed Jackpot.com
Reviewing Jackpot.com was easier than determining its place in our rankings. It has some considerable advantages, such as the high subscription discounts and the good support, but its cons are also relevant for some players. I made sure to check if it is indeed a safe and legit website, and added my experience on top of that.
Think through my considerations, knowing that the website has proof of honesty, and consider whether its pricing and game availability are what you are looking for.
